The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any paid engagement will be set out in a separate agreement or proposal between you and us. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any free offerings; in the event of a conflict, a signed service agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Free missed-call audit
If you request our free missed-call audit, you represent that you are authorized to receive calls at the business phone number you provide and you consent to us placing a small number of test calls to that number. The audit and any resulting report are provided for informational purposes only, without warranty, and on an "as-is" basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
